Conventions used in these pages

• In the pages, both non-proportional textface and other fonts are used. The idea is that everything in typewriter is code that immediately results from the running equivalents in the Pico folders. Normally, every page represents a Pico file, and if one removes all the text (explanations, pictures,...) that are NOT in typewriter, one should get back the running Pico file. So, the general rule is: inside any page, leaving out the lines in non-typewriter, you revert to the code. In fact, the pages were actually built based on those very code files.
• Everything coloured red is a link that will give you extra information in the lower frame. Click it and try it.
• We did not focus on technical details (we leave that up to you!) but all the code that covers the 'skeleton' of the MC-eval has been hyperlinked. The convention is that every procedure to which hyperlinks point, is shown boldfaced. So this means that there are bold items, red items and bold red items.
